I'm trying to find a way to manage\document the ports in a cisco Patch Panel (NCS-PP-100x10-LR\SR)

Has anyone implemented this already and thought of a way to manage those ports?
Currently there are two ways I could think of
- Statically manage this - excel, visio, or any other static document (By the way - has cisco published the visio stencils for this PP? I could find other PP but not this one)
- Dynamically manage this with cacti weathermap plugin - there are some use cases of drawing a router layout or a rack with this tool (for example http://lesser-evil.com/2016/06/rack-diagrams-with-weathermap/), but this returns me back to locate a high resolution image\drawing of the PP.
If anyone has an idea, i'll be happy to hear.
