hello guys,

can u tell me if i can use the CNA platform to manage WS-3850-48T-L switches with IOS-XE 16.09.04 installed?

my customer recentley replaced the switches from 3750 to the one above.

You don't use CNA.
If the firmware is in Install Mode, the appliance can be managed directly.
