Mesauring sub-interfaces on a 2621XM router

I have problem getting the mibs of 2621XM sub-interfaces. I tried to use getif to check the sub-interfaces but it is not available. My current IOS is 12.1(26).

interface FastEthernet0/1.1

encapsulation dot1Q 1

ip address 172.17.1.5 255.255.255.0

interface FastEthernet0/1.2

encapsulation dot1Q 2

ip address 172.17.2.1 255.255.255.0

As far as I know, you need to upgrade your IOS to get the latest MIBs work on your box.
