Missing Functions on Device Center

Hi, i have a new installation of LMS 3.0, and i'm getting missing some functions on Device Center, like "Edit Credentials" on Tools Tab. I'm attaching a screenshoot. I hope you can help me.

Is this server integrated with ACS? Does this occur for all devices, or just some?

No, It's not integrated with ACS, and it occurs with all devices.

This most likely points to an application registration problem. There is a procedure to re-register all applications from the command line, but you will need to contact TAC to get it.
