Monitor Cisco Prime Infra Server by another Logging Server

We usually monitor devices via Cisco Prime but If I want to monitor Cisco Prime server for its availability and logs how I can configure SNMP on Prime to monitor by remote logging server.

 - You can't monitor it through SNMP, it supports syslog , although these are not very informative as to indicating which problems are urgent. General monitoring could be implemented by products such nagios or zabbix.

I enabled SNMP on Prime Server through CLI so I can get messages on another server about the Prime Server status.
