Monitor CPU and Memory of Nexus

i have my nagios system and i need the OID to set up the snmp walk to monitor the resource of my device.

Can someone help me?

 = For cpu oid to use is : 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.305.1.1.1 (cseSysCPUUtilization) It's part of the MIB CISCO-SYSTEM-EXT-MIB (look for memory related oid's , if any).
