is mtu must matching in bgp,ospf,rip,eigrp between peer to peer 2 router ?

MTU must match only in OSPF so that when they exchange database files there are no issues.

BTW, Martin's reference does also mention OSPF's configuration command ip ospf mtu-ignore might be used, to override this behavior, but that's not recommended.
