I'm trying to run a netconfig job in LMS 3.1 for all my devices. I create the job, the job kicks off at the scheduled time, but no devices ever get completed or fail. They all stay in pending. Has anyone encountered this before? Is there a fix? Single Devices work fine. Multiples Don't. Thanks.

Hi John,
When creating the job on the option 3. Set Schedule Options, please change the Execution from Parallel to Sequential.
Let me know if that helps.
Andres.

Unfortunately that did not help.

Hi John,
Please post the following information:
_ Which version of Windows or Solaris and Service Packs are installed on the Cisco Works Server?
_ What is the RME version?
_ A pdshow from the server:
For Solaris:
cd /opt/CSCOpx/bin/
pdshow > pdshow.txt
For WINDOWS:
cd NMSROOT\CSCOpx\bin
pdshow > pdshow.txt
_ Enable debugs for the netconfig job:
Go to RME -> Admin -> System Preferences -> Application Log Level Settings
Set the log level to DEBUG for the Applications "ConfigJob" and "ConfigJobManger".
Then run the Netconfig job again.
Send us the log present under the location:
Windows : NMSROOT/files/rme/jobs/NetConfigJob/
Solaris : /var/adm/CSCOpx/files/rme/jobs/NetConfigJob/
Note: NMSROOT is the folder where CW is installed. By default c:\progra~1\
