Hi,

It is not possible to enable to netflow on port basis in Cisco 6500 series running on native IOS. In native mode flows are correlated inside and exported only based on the VLAN tags.However based on the analyzer's capability you can create IP groups and segregate the traffic for particular interface/IP address.
