netmanager 1.1 don't send snmp trap to e-mail

i have install cisco netmanager. configure it, netmanager listen to snmp traps and received their, i see it in "device reports - snmp trap log".

then i configure passive monitor for this device and action "send e-mail".

so, when netmanager receive trap (for example, interface is down), he send to my email this message:

"

Switch is Up at least 5 min  (hostname).

is Up at least 5 min on Switch: hostname (ip)..

to resolve this problem, you must change template [mail content] for this monitor.

you need list of percent variables.

i find it here - pdf file on attachment, it is guide to IPSwitch Gold WhatsUp 11, on page 115.

so, about this problem, you need this string: %PassiveMonitor.LoggedText
