Hi all,
We are installing netManager - Unified Communications but the software does not discover the IP Phone registered with the ccm cluster.
We do see the ccm cluster and its status, but we don't see the registered ip phone.
Any idea ?

I am having the same issue. I think if netmanager software is not in the same broadcast domain with the IP Phones it doesn't autodiscover the phones. Did you manage to make it work?

Hi,
Configure the CCM cluster perfectly in netmanager by enabling snmp services (depends of os of ccm it vary). Then we can see all ip phones inside the ccm itself.

Hi ,
I have CUCM installed on MCS 7825 hardware. I dont see any object identifier for this type ( 7825/cucm) in devices list supported by net manager. Does my SNMP work if configured on CUCM with Net Manager.
