Nexus 5k - Netflow issues

Hi All,

I have an issue with netflow coming from a Nexus 5k at one of our client's site's.

The 5k is setup to send netflow to a Cisco Prime server sitting on site. Cisco Prime sees the device as a data source, but no flows are shown in the data sources table. Although this is an issue, our main issue is that when I try and look at the interfaces in Cisco Prime, the two sub interfaces I configured to capture flows don't show up in Cisco Prime as interfaces. They aren't even in the interface groups.

Here is some background on the netflow config

GEPF-HAM-NX5K-SW1# show flow exporter
Flow exporter HSRP_HUAWEI_NETFLOW:
Destination: 172.x.x.x
VRF: xxxx (1)
Destination UDP Port 9991
Source Interface Vlan160 (172.x.x.x)
Export Version 9
Exporter Statistics
Number of Flow Records Exported 44099
Number of Templates Exported 1392
Number of Export Packets Sent 18080
Number of Export Bytes Sent 2821724
Number of Destination Unreachable Events 0
Number of No Buffer Events 0
Number of Packets Dropped (No Route to Host) 0
Number of Packets Dropped (other) 0
Number of Packets Dropped (LC to RP Error) 0
Number of Packets Dropped (Output Drops) 0
Time statistics were last cleared: Never

flow exporter HSRP_HUAWEI_NETFLOW
destination 172.x.x.x use-vrf xxx
transport udp 9991
source Vlan160
version 9
flow record HSRP_HUAWEI_NETFLOW
match ipv4 source address
match ipv4 destination address
match ip protocol
match ip tos
match transport source-port
match transport destination-port
collect counter bytes long
collect counter packets long
collect timestamp sys-uptime first
collect timestamp sys-uptime last
collect ip version
sampler PRIME
mode 1 out-of 65536
flow monitor HSRP_HUAWEI_NETFLOW
record netflow ipv4 original-output
exporter HSRP_HUAWEI_NETFLOW

Please let me know if you have any idea what would help out here.

One of our bugs

Hi Mark,

No I am running Prime 2.2.2 with the Data center Device pack installed.

But it seems the bigger issue here is that the 2 Sub interfaces on our nexus gear isn't showing up in my dashboards... Do I need the Prime DCNM software to be able to drill down into sub interfaces on the nexus gear?

Also, the Netflow is being received by Cisco Prime now, but seeing as I cant access the sub interface for reporting, I cant really draw information from it.
