Hi,

I install LMS 4 and run discovery for devices it found 95 device ( managed devices)

In the following path : Inventory--Device Administration--Discovery--Launch/Summary the result is:

Discovery Status: Completed

Total Devices discovered :95

Now if to go to report--inventory--detailed device and expand " All devices" there is nothing inside it and also the same on all other locations , i run the device collector and when i press on show devices i can c the deivces.

try to reboot the server and wait for some time.

Hi Fadi,

I have another issue, in my organziation i have ciscoworks 2000 which has reachablitly dashboard for WAN interfaces so that if any interface fail down the helpdesk people will be notified directly.

Can i have the same feature and same dashboard in ciscoworks 4.0 ? if not how can i achive this
