While trying to sync the archive and trying to update configs, I noticed that no devices were showing in the RME>version tree. Running RMW version 4.3.1. Enclosed is RME homepage screen capture.

Hi,

With the available description & assuming Windows, I'd try running a 'netstat -anob' looking for the owner of port TCP 47001. It should return "cwjava" If instead you see "system" then determine if the Windows Remote Management service is running. If it is, end it and restart the Daemon Manager.

If that does not take care of it then let us know:

- If the hostname changed?

- When the last time it worked?

- Are you integrated with ACS?

- Is anything else not working as expected?

Regards.
