Hello, world,
Cisco's document (ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/mibs/supportlists/nexus7000/Nexus7000MIBSupportList.html) states this:
CISCO-VTP-MIB | 4.2 | vtpVlanTable | D,N
CISCO-VTP-MIB | 4.2 | vtpVlanIndex | D,N
CISCO-VTP-MIB | 4.2 | vtpVlanName |
Yet, my Nexus boxes running 4.2(3) return "No Such Object" to an SNMP walk:
CISCO-VTP-MIB::vtpVlanTable = No Such Object available on this agent at this OID
What could I use to get information on VLANs?
TIA,

Hi Wei
Try to use following OID:
- ‘vtpVlanName’ (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.46.1.3.1.1.4) is the OID that gives the vlan names - Needs ‘vtp feature’ command enabled on the device

Alex

That makes sense, of course! The vtp feature needs to be ON for the MIB to be filled.
Thanks!
