OLD-CISCO-INTERFACES-MIB LocIfLoad is deprecated, what is the replacement

Hi all,

i am trying to find the link saturation using OLD-CISCO-INTERFACES-MIB locIfLoad. I see that this counter is now deprecated. The replacement MIB supposed to be IF-MIB and CISCO-QUEUE-MIB. I couldn't figure out the way to find link saturation with new MIBS.
