Hi! I want to write my master thesis about OpenFlow. Does any Switch (e.g. Catalyst 3850) support OpenFlow? Is Cisco ONE comaptilble with OpenFlow? (If yes: With which OpenFlow specification?)

1. Yes. The 3850 is one of the first switches from Cisco with OF support (Reference).
2. Yes.
3. OF 1.0 for now, 1.3 coming soon.
Please see the many presentations and links available at http://www.cisco.com/go/one

A search of that reference does not include openflow or "flow". Any other references?

Hey man, I have researched this well and written a brief article here. Basically, Do your thesis on anything in the W3C umbrella. If you are keen on 'data center' you would really like a grid computing system (no centralized manager like in 'SDN'). i.e., you will not hear UCS as it quietly goes away with aironet.
This architecture is called RESTful and was developed by W3C.
Openflow seems vastly less appealing subject matter than W3C's RESTful architectures (which branches off to many exciting and hot technologies, LAMP architectures, take it as far as you can man!
my 2 cents...
