Dear All,
I am looking for few options of doing out of band management for our enterprise customers so that devices can be access remotely in case of in-band link failure. Kindly guide me in this regard to find a suitable solution for out of band management.

I'm surprised you left out WTI. Rock solid product that beats the budget. If your in-band network is down usually your troubled device is the one you need access to. They have some combo units that allow out of band console access along with power reboot. You can power cycle a hosed router and watch the boot sequence both via out of band. http://www.wti.com/c-45-out-of-band-management.aspx
