Hi guys,
what are helpful commands to show for these problem so i can check the router. i.e. why is is restarting etc.

The outages issue is harder to capture because you lose all your forensics when the router or device reboots. This is why a SNMP server is helpful. For utilization you could issue the "show processes CPU" command to see what processes are taking up the most utilization on the processor. For link utilization you would have to do a "show interface gigx/x" command and look at the utilization inpiut and output. The temperature can be checked using the "show environment temp" command.

The show version command can give you the reason for the last reload of the device, which might help you narrow down the cause.
I'd also setup a syslog server and a management station to monitor the device.
