Packet tracer router etherchannel subinterface error

Hi! I was configuring etherchannel on the cisco ISR4331, I managed to create the etherchannel properly between the switch and the router, however, I have a few vlan and to config Router on stick (routing between vlans) I must create subinterface. I tried, but it shows an error, any idea or should throw away the etherchannel or the vlans

You are trying to create a subinterface on a portchannel interface, which is not supported in Packet Tracer as far as I remember.

I am not a Cisco employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
