We have a problem with saving the config to the memory on a Cat6500E. We see the following syslog continuously:
PARSER:WMLRETRY Write memory lock currently held by pid '868', automatic retry.
In this case we can't save our confuguration and the cli-session stops. Who have a idea to fix this issue ?

This is a bug has been found across multiple devices.
Console and SSH sessions lockup and become unresponsive after using any "show" command. The switch freezes and logs message below every few seconds.
%PARSER-6-WMLRETRY: Write memory lock currently held by pid '415',
Solution:
The switch may not recover without a reboot. After the reboot the switch may start working as before with no issues.
The proposed solution by TAC was to do a code upgrade. As I'm am currently in the beginning of a "Lan Refresh" project I will just be replacing these devices first.

While the BUG was in the system, I was able to console into the device and pull the running config. Be careful because a "write" command afterwards locked me out of the console. A restart did fix the BUG on our Cisco IE4010. The startup config was out of date, so after I restored the updated configuration, our device is back to normal operations.
