PI 2.0 can't check for updates within Prime

Hello,

When I click "check for udpates" I immediately get an error saying

"There was a problem connecting to cisco.com from the Prime Infrastructure Server. Alternatively you can go here, enter 'Prime Infrastructure' for the product name, and click on Find button. Download the latest update file and upload it to your server using the 'Upload Update File' button. Make sure the selected update is greater than your Prime Infrastructure instance version.

Prime Infrastructure Version: 2.0.10"

Anyone else get this?

I can ping cisco.com from the server itself so it has connectivity.

Hi Fellow Networkers,

I have exactly the same problem running PI 2.1.0.0.97.  Bypassing the proxy has temporarily resolved the issue.

Time permitting we may have the opportunity to grill the proxy logs for potential issues.

We have proved that the deployed username (for authentication) has the appropriate AD rights and have tried prefixing with the AD Domain name.
