PI 3.1 Device detail "no data available"

Hello,

Could anyone help to find why in PI3.1 my devices are missing interface information in "Inventory>device>Device Details>Interfaces" no data available.

Should i need to configure something in devicesand PI ?

Hi Reggie,

Is this the only info that is not showing? It seems PI was unable to collect the IP Addresses configured on the device. This probably is the results of a failed or Partial Collection in Inventory.

What is the device Inventory status under the Inventory > Network Devices table?

Thanks for the details. This seems a bit weird since there appears to be a complete Inventory done.

Is the device managed with both SNMP and CLI credentials? Are there any SNMP views applied on the device configuration?

Yes, they managed by both SNMP & CLI Credentials(SSH).
