Please help with Cisco Works display names.

I am desperate, Can somebody help me figure out why in Cisco Works Resource Manager when I look at the archive some routers/switchs have names and others only display IP addresses. Most everything is in DNS. I cannot figure it out. Is it an SNMP problem? Topology manager shows all the names but not Resource Manager. I have attached a drawing of what I am talking about. Thanks for any help.

It could be device syncronization from CM to RME. I have syncronization turned of from CM to RME manually adding devices to RME.

You could make sure that your switces are on a VTP domain..... that's probably what I would be looking at.

Actually I found it under discover there is a reverse DNS lookup option. That fixed it.
