Hello,
we have a PBX on the 192.168.10.50
We want to open the port 4569
Because I need to use Zoiper App to log in the PBX.
So I created a new service under "Service Management".
I called the new service "PBX", protocol "TCP&UDP", Port Start "4569", Port End "4569"
Then I went to Firewall -> "Port forwarding"
I added a new line:
External service: "PBX", Internal Service: "PBX", internal Ip address: 192.168.10.50, Interfaces: "Any"
This works perfectly when I am from remote, and I can use the PBX without any problem.
But I have a problem when I am in local network (for example, I have the ip 192.168.10.100 in lan ), I can't reach the PBX.
Please could you give me any help?
Thank you in advance.
Maurizio

Local network should not have this issue. make sure it reachable ping and check any other rules overlapping to contact locally.

In Zoiper App... I have setted the app to connect to my public ip address at port 4569.
This works when I am out of my network (from remote), but this doesn't work when I am inside my network (locally).
If in Zoiper App I set the app to connect to local ip 192.168.10.50 at port 4569.... it works when I am in local network.
But I don't want to use 2 different connections for when I am locally and when I am from remote.
I just want to use one connection that works from local and from remote.
I didn't have any issue with my previous router (another brand).
I have this issue with the new RV340.
Please can anybody help me?
Thank you!

Only solution i can thing for the situation is DNS.
When you are outside you use Puiblic FQDN with Puiblic IP
When you are inside, you have Local DNS Entry which resolves Local IP.

Thank you for your reply. The problem is not yet solved.
In the router I had set up the DNS given by my ISP.
Then the router sends the DNS to the hosts in the local networks in DHCP.
I made a test, I changed the DNS on the router with the google DNS 8.8.8.8
But nothing changed.
I made another test:
I have also changed the lan properties of the mobile phones where the Zoiper app are installed...
I putted DNS manually (before they were taken from the router with DHCP), and I had set up Google DNS 8.8.8.8 anso on the mobile phones.
But the problem persists....
