Power on Cisco Equipment

Hi

At our company, we are measuring the temperature output for a new air conditioning unit.

I need to define the total electrical power used and exactly what cooling power we need.

We have the following in one rack

1 Cisco VPN 3000 concentrator

2 Cisco ASA's 5540

1 Cisco ASA 5505

We also have a range of Cisco 3750 switches and 1841 routers in different cabinets.

I need to find out the power consumption and BTU's of these

Is there a way of finding out these values without looking at the different equipment?

Thanks

Cisco generally publishes the power and cooling requirements in the product data sheet. For instance, if you google "vpn 3000 data sheet" the first hit should be this data sheet. It lists power and cooling for the various models in Table 8.

All products have a similar data sheet. Hope this helps.
