we have a problem when trying to save templates. It is no longer possible to save new templates in a separate folder or to move existing templates there.
if you hit "save as new template" it opens the dialog box, where you normally could select your custom folders. but if we click on the dropdown arrow, it justs shows "my templates" which literally saves the template into nirvana. currently the only way to workaround is to save them in the root folder "CLI Templates (user-defined)
here is what did so far to solve this issue
- tried different browsers (chrome, firefox, IE, edge, safari) + cleared cache etc..
- restart prime
- ncs clean
- backup prime 3.5 database
- restored PI3.5 db into fresh PI3.7 VM
none of this showed any significant improvement.
Since we restored to a fresh VM and also upgraded vom 3.5 to 3.7, I assume this bug is related to a config issue within the backup.
Any ideas?
