Have old LMS 4.x server, now built a new Prime 1.3 and transfered base license and 1500 lifecycle to prime server on a VM
I am trying to now build the prime server from scratch. It seems that only the wireless portion is supported. Does prime 1.3 not support all the features of LMS and can manage all devices like routers and switches?

PI 1.3 supports some but not a lot of the wired management features.
PI 2.0 will be out shortly (supposedly by end of August 2013) with more features but still not everything that's in LMS 4.2. (No topology, no compliance templates, etc.).
Cisco has a high level comparison chart here.

thank you for the answer. My undertanding in that topology is listed as future support for 2.0. Is that not accurate?
Trying to completely replace LMS with Prime. Is that not Cisco's idea with Prime?

You're welcome.
Eventually converged, yes; but it has a long way to go.
Topology is a future plan but is not in 2.0. Maybe 2.1 but then it was originally targeted for 2.0 ...which was targeted for late 2012.
