Is it possible to find the AP's location by radio?

I mean, we've many APs installed in the company buildings , but do not have the information where they are installed .

Is it possible to find there location by Prime ?

(we've all the buildings maps and blue prints)

Not by Prime.  

It will depend on how "dense" the APs are installed.

I just did this exercise a few days ago.  I was trying to find an undocumented AP.  I used CLI to find out the RSSI values of all the APs I know of and used the result to triangulate the undocumented AP.

So is there any way else to find and locate undocumented APs in buildings ?

Is there any device/app which can do that ?
