Prime 3.2 - Cisco ASA Configuration Archive - Function run timed out 60000ms

Hi everyone,

Getting the following error while trying to run a "Configuration Archive" on Cisco ASA 5515 set up in Active/Passive failover-mode.

Function run timed out 60000ms

It successfully managed to pull out the config when the device was added a while ago.

I've verified that the credentials is correct. Running Cisco Prime Infrastructure v 3.2

Any ideas what may be causing this?

Check the asa logs; see if there is a connection attempt from prime. M.

In PRIME, In the list devices, edit the device and try changing the SSH timeout to a higher time. This could be a solution. It worked for me with a WLC.
