Prime 3.4 Task List

I've just upgraded from 3.1 to 3.4 by building a new VM.

Ive I restored the back, everything worked.

except I can't get in to the GUI now via gui, we use ACS for access.

When I log on now, don't get the same access, guessing the task list no longer matches ACS.

As I can't login via root, could someone be kind and copy the task list for Root for 3.4 access, then I can enable local login as well.

1) Verify correct operational status of your Prime installation using ncs status from the command line (CLI)

2) Also try ncs webroot enable

3) If the root password is forgotten you may try to set a new one using : ncs password root password your-password-here

thanks for the reply, unfortunately the issue is a tick box in the aaa setting on prime to use local or tacacs, I think this is still ticked to tacacs only as I can see attempted access from root.

But the aaa tacacs task list must be different from 3.1 to 3.4.

Have managed to get support company to log a TAC case, all need is the task list, then can add it in to ACS
