Is it possible for you to upgrade the switches not able to see clients to the version where you can see clients? could you also post a comparison of what you can see ( switch with clients) and an example of troubled switch with out clients?

I have resolved the issue with the 3650 switches.
I am still not able to see the clients on the Version 12.2(55) switches and have not found any resolution.

thats good to hear, sorry the solution took so long. Typically when dealing with multiple switches a good rule of thumb is to try to keep them all on the same version as best as you can and also to upgrade one first and test everything you could need on that switch. Also depending on the network the newest version isn't always a fix all.
