If you have Software Application Support plus Upgrade (SASU) coverage purchased with the above licenses, you are entitled to upgrade your PI to 2.0. The existing base and lifecycle licenses (assuming you have obtained them using your PAKs) for PI 1.2 will work with PI 2.0.
If you had Prime Infrastructure Assurance licenses (which you don't), those would need to be re-issued by the TAC.
The above assumes you do an in-place upgrade on the same host (physical or soft appliance VM). If you migrate to a new host, you will need to have the licenses re-issued as they are tied to your host's Universal Device Identifier (UDI) or Virtual UDI (VUDI).
Of course the Prime LMS license is a separate entity and applies only if you elected to install and use Prime LMS on a separate host from Prime Infrastructure.
