Can somebody tell me how many Computers can we install Cisco prime infrastructure ? 

I want to install in 4 computers... Can I install in 4 computers or do I need to buy 4 Softwares ?

cisco prime is only for cisco products not for monitoring pcs or 3rd party devices

As mark mentioned, its only for Cisco products...

You can install on as many machine as you want because you just need software but then fro each machine you will device/Lifecycle license.
