Prime Infrastructure 3.1 Unused Ports Report

Is anyone aware of a way to run this LMS 4.2 report in PI 3.1?

Use the "Interface Availability" report. The name is misleading. Interfaces that are 0% available haven't been used in the duration that you are searching for. I search for previous year, filter by group, and set "show up to" blank to return all interfaces. Then export as CSV and parse in Excel.

Also, you need to have device groups defined or need to know the management IP of the devices in question.

this thread is now about 2 years old, but as of Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.5 there is a Report called "Port Capacity" which I think is exactly what you want. It shows the free and used ports + Percentage of the devices.

You can get it via Menu --> Reports --> Report Launch Pad --> Device --> Port Capacity
