Hi!

Could you tell me, why Prime server does not recognize Meraki devices (supported devices)??

I have a new Prime 3.4 server but I see only MX400-HW..

I'm  installed MIBs for Meraki..

Any ideas?

Hi,

I'll try to answer. I don't have too much experience in integration between Prime and Meraki.
Did you follow the doc: https://documentation.meraki.com/zGeneral_Administration/Other_Topics/Cisco_Prime_Infrastructure_Integration_Guide_for_Cisco_Meraki
Based on the compatibility matrix, you should have more devices:
https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/net_mgmt/prime/infrastructure/3-4/supported/devices/PI34-Supported-Device-List.xlsx

Thanks
Francesco

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, I saw this documents. According to them, Prime 3.4 server should properly recognize my devices..

There's no much docs on this. If you followed the doc and uploaded all updated device packs then I would recommend opening a TAC case.

Thanks
Francesco

Hi,

I have encountered a similar issue in Prime Infrastructure 3.4 version where some of the supported Meraki switches where showing "Third-party Devices" for one of the customer environment.

I have filed a defect CSCvm01298 to address the issue.

Hope it helps

Regards,

TAC
