Hi Team,
The subject is related to Prime Infrastructure 3.10.2 in HA deployment, and I'm facing multiple issues:
1- I cannot access cli via SSH, tried TACACS+ user and local users with no luck, also i have noticed from the log it is using SSH via port (57646) and when i tried to use this port is shows (connection timed out). SSH version: SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_9.6 PKIX[14.4.2]. No firewall in between. GUI is accessible. console also not accessible it required username and password and tried the (root & local users) with not luck.
2- I have tried to patch the S/W using (3.10.5 maintenance patch) + (3.10.5 system patch), following Cisco's guideline both patches installed successfully, after the last reboot it still shows S/W version 3.10.2. however, from update portal it shows that (3.10.5) patches are installed and in-use.

- Staying with this topic : I would find that strange , what happens when you use a standard SSH client (without any special port directives to connect to) and just let it (then) connect to port 22 (for SSH) ?

Regarding your question, Error appears with wrong username and password, and no connection occurs.

- It's unclear for me what you mean by that , presuming that ssh works , but credentials are invalid , you may want to attach a screenshot ,
