Hi All,

is there a report that can show me :

1. all the device S/N - i.e. PS/FAN/Chassis/Gibic?

2. can i custom a report to show a specific S/N  i.e. show me all interface that have a Cisco Gibic and its S/N? or report with device and PS S/N?

what is the version of PI (latest may have some additional reports changed like 3.10)Not fully you can generate reports are you looking to do with PI ?

instead, you can use out-of-the-box to get reports in excel using Python :

Hi Balaji,

the CPI is in version 3.10, 

what i need from the Prime is a full detail hardware report (i.e. all the components in the Switch / Router)

is it possible?
