Prime LMS 4.2 Topology missing trunk links

Hi,

I have facing problem with cisco prime LMS 4.2 topology service. Inter switch trunk links (Nexus 7009) are not showing in the topology service. But link between switch and router showing in topology.

Need uggent help for this issue

if you have different VDC's configured then please try to add all the VDC's in LMS as individual devices and check the issue Again.

currently there is no VDC configured in nexus switch.So what to do?

Other layer 3 link showing in topology map but only trunk link is missing.
