Prime Update 3.1 to 3.1.7. No space left on device

Hello guys,

After initial setup of prime 3.1 on a physical appliance Gen2, I tried to update to 3.1.7 (PI_3_1_7-1.0.16.ubf) through web using local drive from my laptop and I am getting the following message:

An error occurred while uploading file:

Processing of multipart/form-data request failed. No space left on device

It is an standalone installation for now, the appliance has no internet connectivity, my reference was:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/net_mgmt/prime/infrastructure/3-1-7/release/notes/cpi_rn.html#pgfId-186898

Here is the disk usage:

 - Try stopping prime  (ncs stop) ; followed by ncs cleanup ; answer positive to all action-based questions. Reboot afterwards,  The reboot  is advised instead of ncs start.

Hello M.

Thanks for the information, I will try and post the results here, probably next week.

Regards

Is there a way to update through CLI, I would like to have a second try in case the first doesn't work?
Regards

No, not  for a ubf based installation.
