Privilege exec command level

For a user in enable mode, only show running-config command should be allowed. 
This requirement was working in c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.150-1.M4.bin and after upgrade to c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.153-3.M6.bin it is not working.

         
username netadmin privilege 0 password 7 002A27321231231C0A336D7E283A
privilege exec all level 1 show running-config

Change it to username netadmin privilege 1 and try again

You should also use secret instead of password more secure

when they log in check show privilege
