Proactive monitoring

Hi Expert,

I would like to implement a proactive monitoring system to keep check the end to end performance and service level agreement (SLA) for different network equipment and systems. For example, three web servers are in production environment (2 routers and 16 ethernet switches, 3 firewalls ... ect), I would like to ensure that the network delay within SLA (e.g. less than 10ms), the service availability of web server / network (e.g. 99.5%), .. etc

Any Cisco product (application) would offer above feature and function?

Also, OpenNMS is a great NMS which can do hell lot of thing from a single box, only downside is that it is open source and hence you might have to do a bit of R&D to make it customise as per your needs:
