so what do you expect from the Cisco community ?
these are Cisco users volunteering to help others but cannot help you with this.

you have probably registered exams using the same CCO-ID but using different e-mail/usernames, they must be combined
wait till PearsonVue contacts you

I  have an account previously avkhalid@cisco.com. I have resigned from Cisco due to which my Cisco ID is not useable when I teied to login to my VUE account its giving me error Invalid Credentials. How I can fix this issue to get my CCNP  certificates.

better way was to start a new thread instead of replying to an already closed thread.

but here is what you can do:

To update your primary email address, please create a new Cisco.com id and open a case with Certifications Online Support to map the new Cisco.com account to your existing profile.

Thanks for your response, I have tired to create an accouny with Cisco.com ID but unfortunately not able to create. I am trying from several days but unable to fix this issue. Please help me to resolve it.
