these are Cisco users volunteering to help others but cannot help you with this.
you have probably registered exams using the same CCO-ID but using different e-mail/usernames, they must be combined
wait till PearsonVue contacts you

better way was to start a new thread instead of replying to an already closed thread.
but here is what you can do:
To update your primary email address, please create a new Cisco.com id and open a case with Certifications Online Support to map the new Cisco.com account to your existing profile.
