problem in cisco works

hi,

i have cisco works with these versions:

versions of LMS

-campus manager 5.2.0

-cisco view 6.1.9

-cisco works assistant 1.2.0

-cisco works common services 3.3.0

-device fault manager 3.2.0

-integration utility 1.9.0

-internet work performance monitor 4.2.0

-LMS portal 1.2.0

-Ressource manager essentials 4.3.0

it works fine but now i have a problem in daemon manager could not be start

c:\>net start crmdmgtd

The CiscoWorks Daemon Manager service is starting.

The CiscoWorks Daemon Manager service could not be started.

The service did not report an error.

I guess this is duplicate post, per thread :

I dont think you have updated the LMS version to 3.2.1, as recommended, post screenshot of :

LMS > CS > Software Centre > Device Update

if not updated, as suggested, you can get the patch from Cisco TAC team, by opening a case.
