problem in LMS 3.2 on windows 2003 server

Dears ,

I cannot create a backup and Shows the below error ,what I do please ?

( [Wed Nov 20 19:53:24 2013]  ERROR(292): E:\LMS/backup.LOCK file exists

Most probably another backup process is running

So what can I do to solve this problem ?

Go into E:\LMS directory and delete the file backup.LOCK.

It may be there due to an earlier backup that did not complete normally.

    after i take the backup yestarday shows the blewo logs :

VALIDATE TABLE "SYS"."ISYSUSERMESSAGE"

VALIDATE TABLE "SYS"."ISYSUSERTYPE"

VALIDATE TABLE "SYS"."ISYSVIEW"

VALIDATE TABLE "SYS"."ISYSWEBSERVICE"

No errors reported
