I have the same question and I’m facing a very similar issue. My website works fine when accessed from outside the network, but it doesn’t load from within the local network. I’m also using IIS and have tried configuring NAT loopback and internal DNS without success. Everything looks correct on paper, yet it still doesn’t work internally. It’s been pretty frustrating to troubleshoot. I’d really like to know what I might be missing. Hopefully someone here has experience with this setup and can point us in the right direction.
