Problem with scheduled Reports in RME

In Reports > Report Generator, I'm trying to schedule a 24hour change audit report.

This report runs just fine if I run it immediately, however if I schedule it, it bombs out. Viewing the log file with Debug enabled for ChangeAudit, it looks like RME doesn't think the job owner username - ME - exists.

Job Configuration:

Change Audit > 24 Hour Report

All Devices

24 hours

Application: Archive Management

Category: CONFIG_CHANGE

Schedule: Anything other than Immediate FAIL

Configuration: LMS 3.0.1, Win2k3 Ent SP2, ACS integrated, Job Approval

enabled.

It looks like it only checks the local user database in CS even though we're ACS integrated...

Anyone else see this?

You are absolutely right. I found this problem a while ago, and filed CSCsm77700. I created a patch which you can get by contacting the TAC, and referencing this bug.

jclark, thanks for the heads up. I'll let my TAC engineer to let them know.

It looks like since the upgrade to LMS3.1 the bug has resurfaced with the same issue. I opened a new tac case but i expect the tac engineer to contact you.

No, the bug is fixed in RME 4.2. I verified the code is correct.
