Problem with update version switch 2960X stack

Hi guys

I have two 2960X switches stacked together, currently running version 15.2(7)E2. I have uploaded version 15.2(7)E12 to the flash directory and pointed the boot system to the E12 version. After running the show boot command, both switches recognized the boot file of version E12.However, after reloading the stack, only the master switch booted into version E12, while the other switch booted into a different version.

Is there any issue with version E12, or did I miss something during the update?

Because the BIN file got corrupted during the "copy to the other switch" process.

This is why it is never recommended to just "copy the BIN file" as a means to upgrade the firmware of the switch.  Always use the recommended method:

archive download-sw tftp://<IP ADDRESS>/filename.tar

your manual copy may have only copied to the master's flash! that is why only this switch can find the new image.
so it my also be solved by manual copy to the other member's flash

the method that @Leo Laohoo posted, is preferred,
because it copies the software to the flash of all the individual members of the stack, before modifying boot parameters.
