Putting LMS server under the Active Directory Domain

Hi,
Can anybody explain if it is possible to put the lms server under Active Directory? Also can anybody explain what are the implications by doing this?

Your LMS server can be part of Active directory provided you do a little homework on your AD policies and OU's that will be applied to your boxes dont prevent locally configured accounts and groups (such as casuser) to operate. You also can use AD to provide (either seperately or together) Autentication and Authorization to the applications provided by the LMS suite.

The LMS server can be a domain member, but can not be a primary domain controller or backup domain controller.
