Hi,

Is there is any way to download QPM 3.2 Setup Files...

Recently Our QPM Server CD is Crashed and cannot able to find setup CD, QPM 3.2 version is also not available in Cisco Website.....

No, QPM 3.2 is not downloadable. If you have QPM covered under an active service contract, it may be possible to get a copy of the CD from http://www.cisco.com/upgrade/ .
